Driving in Slovakia
Bumps and potholes are quite common in Hungarian roads, so it is best to keep a good eye and aware if you’re driving. Try and keep control and a comfortable speed while enjoying the scenery. Most places do not have a shoulder, so be aware of bicyclists and oncoming traffic. The general speed limit is around 50km/h on urban areas, 90km/h outside the urban areas, and 110km/h on expressways. Lots of traffic cameras are in place, so it is best to keep aware of your speed!
