Do I need a Special Licence to rent a 12 seater passenger Van in the USA?

No special licence is required to rent a 12 or a 15 seater minivan. All vehicles offered for rent on MPV Rentals can be driven on a full driving licence.

What are the age requirements to drive a 15 or a 12 seater minivan?

This will vary from supplier to supplier, but in general most will impose an age limit of 25 or above for this category of vehicle. Whilst some stipulate a minimum age of 25 others will still rent to customer under 25, but will charge a young drivers surcharge. If you are a young driver, please make a quote and all or any restrictions will be made obvious.

Do I need an international driving license?

If your driving licence is in the Roman alphabet, you will not need an international licence. An IDP can be obtained cheaply and quickly from your local licensing authority
